Application process
Dosage of pad dyeing hot melt method: 1-3gL (adjusted according to sample test)
Process flow: two soaking and two rolling (rolling liquid rate 70%) - pre baking (100 ℃) - baking (180 200 ℃), 20 to 30 seconds)
Note: After pre-treatment of the fabric, it is necessary to wash it thoroughly to prevent residual alkali on the fabric
Dip dyeing method: dosage: 0.2-0.3% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:10-30 pH: 5-10 (weakly acidic water bath is particularly preferred)
Process: 120-130 ℃ * 30-60min - water washing - drying - shaping
